It’s everybody’s go-to, and the more you have something, the less special it becomes. Want to shake it up a little and blow your guests’ minds? Shrink that lasagna down! These petite lasagnas are perfectly portioned for each individual guest, and they use wonton wrappers instead of noodles for a tasty twist. Plus, they’re pretty easy to put together! Check it out!
You’ll Need
–1 teaspoon olive oil
–16-ounces ground Italian sausage
–½ teaspoon kosher salt
–½ teaspoon ground black pepper
–1 cup onion, diced
–¾ cup mushrooms, sliced
–2 – 15-ounce cans crushed tomatoes, or tomato sauce
–3 cloves garlic, minced
–3 teaspoons dried oregano, divided
–½ teaspoon dried basil
–1-½ cups ricotta cheese
–24 small square wonton wrappers
–1-½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

How To
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage, breaking it up into small pieces. Add the onions, mushrooms, salt, and pepper, and cook until the sausage has browned.
