Happy Monday! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. We spent most of the day Saturday “out of town” and we sure spent a lot of money in one day. Long story short – My 13-year-old daughter is pretty apathetic about almost everything but she started playing the cello this year in Jr. High and she really likes it.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Real Salt
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 + 2 Tbsp cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together coconut flour, baking powder, and salt
- Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips and coconut oil) and mix together well
- Once combined, stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips
